WEEKEND READING

My cousin Maddie wearing the cutest hot pink coat at Thanksgiving!

1. After a friend's birthday dinner here, I'm dying to check out more Christmas lights here.

2. A holiday appetizer that's pretty and yummy.

3. Ballet flats with scalloped edges? You know I'm loving these.

4. Barbour jackets on sale... Use code VERYMERRY20 for 20% off at checkout.

5. From the archives: a look at Olivia Palermo's style.

6. I'm getting excited to move into a new apartment early next year as the boutique has seriously outgrown this little studio. This is pretty much my dream desk set-up.

7. I'm kind of a freak about handwriting so these custom signature necklaces are right up my alley.

8. In case you missed it: the classic girl's ultimate Christmas list.

9. In New York next week? Check out this exhibit before it closes on December 21.

10. The best is yet to come.

CHRISTMAS BAR CART

Target glassware c/o  //  C. Wonder ginger jar (similar)

As you may remember from this post last year, I'm a big fan of holiday decor that's not your traditional red and green. A little garland and a single strand of Christmas lights make even hot pink feel totally festive! I wish I were planning a fabulous holiday fĂȘte this year but that will have to wait for a larger apartment... In the mean time, this happy little set-up is enough to tide me over until Christmas in Connecticut! How have you decorated chez vous? Do tell so I can live vicariously! ;)
