I can't believe Alt Summit is next week! I'm honored to be speaking on a panel with Beth, Janette, and Piper called "From Blog To Shop." I'm sure I'll have major butterflies the day of but right now all I can think about is what on earth I'm going to wear in Salt Lake City for four days! Here's one of the looks I'm contemplating...
Somehow it always feels like I have no clothes in my closet when these events roll around. Does anyone else feel immediate pressure to shop in preparation? #guilty ;)

Guilty as charged. I shop in preparation for travel, conferences, you name it, despite the wardrobe I feel like I keep "prepped" for such occasions! Love your choices, love the shade of that jacket...and I'm buying those earrings. I need them as prep for a conference :)

I always say "I don't have any clothes" and the truth is complete opposite!!

I'm completely guilty, I just don't feel ready for an event unless I've bought a new outfit. I think it makes me feel more confident but totally all in my head. I'm in love with that blazer by the way! And now that its on sale I don't think I can help myself!

i always use traveling or an event as an excuse to go shopping. i'm trying now to add more classic pieces that i can use for multiple things so i don't panic when i have to dress for something different. i love those wedges!
I'm right there with you! I feel like I need to shop for IFB Con next month but in reality I DO NOT - lol. Are you going to be at IFB Con?! If yes, can't wait to meet in person, if not, let's meet up while I'm in town! :)
