I HEART BOSTON

I just got back from the most picture perfect weekend in Boston with Amy, Carly, and Emily. We went up for the Head of the Charles and stayed in a gorgeous room at the Lenox Hotel (highly recommend!). There was brunch at Stephanie's, shopping on Newbury Street, an afternoon stroll through Public Garden and Beacon Hill... I can't tell you how much fun we had! It didn't hurt that the Red Sox advanced to the World Series while we were there ;) I could totally see myself living in Boston at some point. Have you been? Could you live there? I'm already excited to go back!

I live outside the city, and work in the city now. It is a lovely place, not too hectic, but always something to do. And ohhh so charming!

I'm so enamored of Boston. As much as I love New York, I could definitely see myself living in Boston in a few years! The Lenox is an amazing hotel, and it's such a wonderful city! Love these pictures!

Aw, as a born and raised Bostonian I'm so glad you had fun! This is the first year (since relocating to CT for grad school) that I've missed HOCR! Love the city at this time of year. GO SOX!

So happy to hear you had a great time in Boston - it's such a beautiful city and you visited at such a lovely time of the year! Do you mind me asking where the photo of the Cecil Beaton books was taken? If it's a shop, I'd love to stop by!

I LOVE Boston! I lived their with my husband for 4 years after college. We actually got engaged in the public gardens. Such a beautiful town with so much going on. The best part is that you can walk the whole city!

I grew up in Boston and just moved to NYC for school and I know exactly why you love Boston so much. The city, while pretty small, is filled with charming streets and during the fall there is always something fun going on. I love going home just to get my fill of Boston!

My in-laws live right outside of Boston & my sister-in-law is in the city so we visit often. I love it, though I'm not sure I could handle the winters!

Excellent call on Stephanie's for brunch! One of my faves in the city - amazing cocktails and food. Mackenzie, your style would totally be at home in the Bean - glad you enjoyed the weekend!
