101 in 1001: Update No. 2

I'm making steady progress on my 101 in 1001 list! This is my second update since starting in January and I'm happy to report that I've completed ten more tasks since my first update in April!

11. Scrutinize the contents of my closet and donate, store, or toss everything I no longer wear. Not the most fun task but long overdue and almost therapeutic.

13. Go skinny dipping. Shhh!

21. Read all seven Harry Potter books. Have you read them? I definitely may or may not have cried at the end of the last book. J.K. Rowling is a genius.

34. Make an address book with contact information for friends and family. Remember this?

36. Figure out the best way to store all those business cards! This baby looks just as cute on my desk as it does at parties.

46. Buy something at a flea market. These earrings!

57. Prepare a meal using ingredients from a flea market. Right here!

62. Get a facial. I know I'm going to ruffle some feathers here and I'm happy I tried it but it totally wasn't for me! Too pricey and too much for my sensitive skin. I'll stick to my preferred mani/pedi indulgence instead!

86. Wear the right shade of red or pink lipstick — and not on Halloween. NARS Jungle Red. Not for the faint of heart but fun for a night out. Teeny tiny picture here.

97. Find out my blood type. Just one of those things I felt like I should know, don't you think?

That's 20 tasks down, 81 to go! My 1001 day deadline is in September 2013. I feel great about it! Have a similar list? Leave a link in the comments so I can check it out!

This is so fun, love it. And PS I HATE facials too. I'd rather get a massage any day.

Good idea... lots of ideas in my head but never make it down on paper bc they're not "big enough". So not true!

I made a list like this past in January and haven't looked at it since! Time to revisit and see if I'm made any progress. And yeah, I probably should find out my blood type too...oops.

Keep going girl!! :)

I love lists and yours is so fun! I need to start one like this one :)
p.s. Facials are horrible. Mani and pedis are the perfect pampering.

This is such a fun idea, I need to put one together for myself! Facials are the worst, they make me feel swollen for days and I don't want someone picking at my skin. Nails all the way!

Very good bucket list!  Interesting and creative ideas. I think it’s very important to write down the things you really want to do because then you are more likely to do them and it’s amazing how fast you cross things off the list when you write them down. Also, yes good idea about finding out about blood type. I’ve done that a couple times and always forget, so write it down! :)

Love your style- Graphic Image has captivated me this morning with all their pretty leather goods. I started my own list, because I felt after I graduated college I stopped having the drive I once did because I wasn't writing down my ambitions. You can check out my list here-

I did my closet so far.
I am a facialist and hate to hear you dont like facials. You would like mine I do them out of my home so I can charge 30 dollars for 1 hour. :)

I have a list filled with long term goals--

Places I want to visit: http://rose-coloredtravels.blogspot.com/p/places-to-go.html

And things I want to accomplish: http://rose-coloredtravels.blogspot.com/p/my-bucket-list.html

But you have inspired me to create a deadline for these lists. Maybe I'll make one for things I want to do before I graduate this spring!
