101 IN 1001 UPDATE

Later this month is the one-year mark until the end of my 101 in 1001 list and suffice it to say I have a lot of things to cross off in the final 365 days! Because I'm addicted to making lists it can be a little overwhelming to look at all my uncompleted tasks at once, here's a mini list of tasks I'd like to cross off before the end of 2012.

19. Drink eight glasses of water every day for one week.
Why oh why is this so hard for me?

39. Ride on a sailboat.
Preferably in September or October...

41. Try acupuncture.
So looking forward to this one.

44. Throw a murder mystery party.
Hello, Halloween!

55. See a comedy show.
Any recommendations?

60. Read every Jane Austen novel.
Three down, three to go!

74. Find my signature scent.
Time to shop! ;)

87. See a double feature.
Maybe at Christmastime?

95. See five Audrey Hepburn films.
Thanks to my Aunt Jill for helping this one along!

101. Continue to put $10 into savings for every goal accomplished.
Cha-ching!

What's one thing you hope to accomplish before the end of 2012?!

Absolutely LOVE this! Keep truckin' girl! I need to make a list of books I want to read and stick to it-preferably in front of the fire. Yeah, yeah that will do. For water-have you bought one of those on-the-go cups with a straw. I swear it's easier to drink more with a straw. Or I am just crazy?

I really do love your list. It's the right mix of fun and challenging and doable. :)
Maybe if you partnered up with somebody for the water one? They could help you stay on track for that one week!
I hadn't ever really thought about that one but I might try it too!

Keep up the good work!

If you get that water bottle you'll do great. I have one and I'm 100% obsessed. It's my favorite thing ever.

I really love this idea. I started one of these in May, and so far I've surprisingly crossed off more than expected. I think it takes just writing things down sometimes to make them happen. I may have to take your ideas of riding a sailboat and trying acupuncture though - sounds fun!

Oh my goodness, I need to re-focus on my 101 list too!! You've got the best list :) :) My friend threw a murder mystery party a couple of years ago, it was so fun! Good luck with all of them ;)

This is so great! And you'll have to keep us all updated on the planning of that murder mystery party! I absolutely love the concept.

I'll admit, I'm a little jealous of this little list you have! It's so creative and exciting! And I totally feel you on the 8 glasses of water a day thing - it's SO hard! And going to the bathroom every 30 min isn't exactly the most convenient addition to your day! haha xoxo

re: comedy show, definitely check out comedy cellar in the west village. it's cheap and the guests are always amazing. last time i was there on a random friday, robin williams and aziz ansari both made surprise appearances!

good luck with the list! xox

I always love to see the updates to your list. I think you might want to keep the sailing one till next summer because it will be very cold to do in the fall and then you won't like it as much. My goal is to make a list like this! I'm a list keeper too, but all my lists are the no fun to do ones.

I love the idea of 101 in 1001! I love lists too and it seems like a great way to accomplish life goals! Also I love that you have broken it down so that you can be optimistic and work on a few things at a time rather than being overloaded :) I'd love for you to follow my blog as well!

I love your list (and the blog)! Finding a scent is sooo hard for me, I've been searching for years for a favorite. I can't wait to hear what you choose :)

Also, if you haven't seen Roman Holiday, good one for your Audrey Hepburn films.
