I'm inexplicably pining after these vintage statues of some of my favorite animals — the elephant being number one, of course! I think the little lion would make a darling paperweight while the horse and the rhinoceros ought to come live in my bookshelves. What are your thoughts?

I'm head over heels for the larger-than-life portraits in these two spaces. I love the Native American man but I'm certain an enlarged black-and-white family photo would have the same transformative impact. Do you prefer these over a more traditional gallery wall?
