WORKOUT CHIC

Let me first admit that I do not like to exercise. I was a competitive gymnast through high school and never had any use for a real gym. Of course now I'm kicking myself that I didn't pay more attention in gym class because I'm desperate to find a workout regime that sticks. Does it count if I'm a lousy athlete but great at dressing the part?

Aerobics, pilates, power walking, running, yoga, Zumba... Tell me, what's your preferred form of exercise?

PINK + TAN

Hot pink, tan leather, and a pop of pretty blue... This is what I'd like to be wearing this weekend!

What's one thing you're looking forward to this weekend?!

LAUREN GOODMAN'S APARTMENT

Former Domino fashion director Lauren Goodman recently opened the doors of her San Francisco home to Refinery 29 and it was everything I could do not to pin every last one of these spaces on the spot...
Of course I'm most coveting the English roll arm sofa in her living room. Isn't it such a beautiful shape? And the coffee table styling is flawless, but then I'd expect nothing less from Lauren's decorator Lili Diallo, whose book is a personal favorite of mine. What do you like most about the space?

WHITE WALLS + WINDOWS

The interior of this San Francisco home is a little more contemporary than my usual taste but I couldn't help falling in love with the big windows and little architectural details...
The dining room looking out on an ivy-covered wall? Seriously to die for. What do you think — could you live here?

AROUND THE HOUSE

Three new coffee table books purchased on Joss & Main (find them here, here, and here).
Entertaining essentials: cute matches and monogrammed salt and pepper shakers.
Carried this clutch all over Baltimore, discovered a new favorite nail polish, and started reading this book which I find to be quite funny.
Seriously obsessed with the colors in this tray and how well they match the enamel bangles in the boutique!
Playing with products from the boutique: boxwood topiary (a customer favorite!), white lacquer tray, enamel bangles, and Worcester jar matches.

What's happening around your house of late?

PINK PRETTIES

A handful of pretty things in one of my very favorite hues...

Let's play a game... If you could have any three of the above, which three items would you choose?!

CHIC AS CAN BE

I recently discovered Carrie's adorable blog and had to catch my breath upon seeing these shots from her lunch at The Orangery in Kensington Palace. Seriously stunning, don't you think? They make me want to buy a citrus tree, don a twirly dress, and/or hop on the next flight to London ;)

ROAD TRIPPING

I returned late last night from a fun-filled weekend in Baltimore where I reunited with girlfriends from Bucknell. It was such a treat to escape for the weekend and catch up with some of my favorite people! It got me thinking, I really ought to take more road trips...

(1) Two Bees cashmere sweater (2) Ray Ban wayfarers (my new sunglasses!)

Do you have any road trips planned this summer or are you more the spontaneous type? I definitely need to make an effort to see more beaches and quaint little towns! East Coasters, if you have a favorite place you think I might like, please let me know!

P.S. The darling Caela (who has been helping me with the boutique before she leaves for Argentina!) was kind enough to interview me over the weekend and I'm certain you will all fall in love with her blog! Check it out here and do say hello!

RITA KONIG

It's always exciting to discover something new and different but there's something to be said for revisiting a tried and true favorite, which is precisely how I feel about the portfolio of Rita Konig. You've probably seen her work on blogs and Pinterest before but I do love seeing all my favorites in one place...
Dreamy, right? Each space has a totally lived in vibe that makes me want to dive right in. Check out the rest of Rita's work here. Who are some of your favorite interior designers?
