INTRODUCING TUCKERNUCK

You know when you stumble upon a website and your heart starts racing a little bit because you know you've found something really, really good? That's really the only way to sum up how I felt upon discovering Tuckernuck. I'm so honored they've decided to sponsor Design Darling!

The site was co-founded by three young women (the same group that brought you UScoop!) inspired by the "clean-cut American aesthetic" they experienced in their college days. What I love most about the site is that it's introduced me to a handful of preppy brands outside my usual go-tos. A way to stay true to my style, experiment with new-to-me brands, and support small business? Sign. Me. Up.

CAMERA RECOMMENDATIONS?

I've been using this camera since the semester I studied abroad and it's seen its fair share of wear and tear over the past couple years. I've been thinking about upgrading for the sake of better product shots for the boutique and better outfit posts for the blog. I'm dying to know if any of you have DSLR cameras you'd recommend!

Ideally I'm looking for something that takes great pictures, doesn't weigh a ton, and looks good with a pretty camera strap ;) Suggestions? Ready, set, go!

ADORE HOME MAGAZINE

I'm absolutely thrilled to announce a little feature in this month's issue of Adore Home Magazine. Adore is a digital interiors magazine based in Australia and chock full of the most colorful interiors you ever did see. Without further ado...

That's me! I was asked to share some of my spring favorites (since it's the end of winter down in Australia!) and I chose this Katie Maennle chair, the coral candelabra from my boutique, a Chance Co. boatneck tee (I absolutely live in mine), this Kate Spade bag, and a stack of recycled leather notebooks from Kate's Paperie. Psst, check out some of my favorite spreads in the issue:

The bedding and the X bench are seriously unreal. How fabulous is that shade of green?

You know I have a slight obsession with topiaries and this one looks like an oversized version of this one in my boutique!

This is definitely a bold color scheme but I love the mix of solid color pillows and the fabulous fretwork cabinets! Find more colorful inspiration by reading the entire issue here and huge thanks to Loni at Adore for the wonderful feature!
