ROAD TRIPPING

I returned late last night from a fun-filled weekend in Baltimore where I reunited with girlfriends from Bucknell. It was such a treat to escape for the weekend and catch up with some of my favorite people! It got me thinking, I really ought to take more road trips...

INTRODUCING TUCKERNUCK

You know when you stumble upon a website and your heart starts racing a little bit because you know you've found something really, really good? That's really the only way to sum up how I felt upon discovering Tuckernuck. I'm so honored they've decided to sponsor Design Darling!

The site was co-founded by three young women (the same group that brought you UScoop!) inspired by the "clean-cut American aesthetic" they experienced in their college days. What I love most about the site is that it's introduced me to a handful of preppy brands outside my usual go-tos. A way to stay true to my style, experiment with new-to-me brands, and support small business? Sign. Me. Up.

CAMERA RECOMMENDATIONS?

I've been using this camera since the semester I studied abroad and it's seen its fair share of wear and tear over the past couple years. I've been thinking about upgrading for the sake of better product shots for the boutique and better outfit posts for the blog. I'm dying to know if any of you have DSLR cameras you'd recommend!

Ideally I'm looking for something that takes great pictures, doesn't weigh a ton, and looks good with a pretty camera strap ;) Suggestions? Ready, set, go!
