i thought i'd add a new little feature to the blog on fridays wherein i link to some of my favorite finds from the past week. i think it'll be a nice way to share the love and send you off to enjoy some lovely links to my favorite blogs, shops, etc.!

Mackenzie - just got your comment and wanted to let you know you can easily sub tofu, eggplant - really whatever you want in place of the chicken. Last night I made it again (sad but it's SO GOOD) and didn't even use the meat part - just all the veggies and the rice noodles. It was great!
