Wanderlust

It gets to the point every Connecticut winter (even when it's as mild as this one has been) that I'm itching for a little escape. My boyfriend and I booked a weekend trip to Concord, Massachusetts, for March and I've already penciled in Nantucket for the 4th of July. Can you say overeager?
This insane bathroom featured in Lonny (which, by the way, is going monthly — have you heard?) rather strikes my fancy for that reason. Where are you itching to travel these days?

OMG - I am loving that bathroom... I need to figure out where I can use that application in my home. HOW UNIQUE! I love to travel and what a great way to represent that characteristic! Thank you so much for sharing.

I'm from Connecticut as well, so I know exactly what you mean about the winter. Even though it's mild, it seems to drag on for ages! I still live in the Northeast, but I'm craving a trip to the U.K. Maybe some day! xo

First off- I am completely giddy that Lonny is going to monthy. It is def my go-to for all things decor.

And I always have wanderlust! I think I have managed to schedule a trip every month for the next few months- just little getaways, but hopefully it will satiate my need for travel. :)

What FUN paper...it would be great to teach kids about the world! I am already jealous of your ACK plans. I just got back from The Greenbrier and posting the pictures has made me want to go on another adventure ASAP! xx

Ah, Concord - my neck of the woods! Have a fantastic time; it is a beautiful town (as are the surrounding areas) - and SO pretty in the winter too!

It's funny, CT is the place I escape to most often when I need to get out of NYC! I have a few good trips planned so far this year, especially Nicaragua soon! Read about the rest in my Thursday Talkback to this post at EP.

Today I'm talking back to yooouu!!! :)

I totally agree! I've been craving some sunshine lately too. I'm thinking a house in Charleston for a week in July.... I have to travel to the totally unglamorous Orlando next week on business, so I'm hoping to catch at least a few rays while I'm there : )
