EYELASH ENHANCERS

one  //  two  //  three

Have you ever done anything to enhance your eyelashes? I don't have short eyelashes per se but I'm definitely intrigued by the idea of lengthening them a little! (Side note: why are long lashes always wasted on boys?) I really want to give Neulash a try but I've also heard good things about Latisse and Revitalash. (I was searching online last night and found an overwhelming number of choices!) Do you have any suggestions on what you've tried and what's worked best for you? I'll keep you posted on what I decide to try!

Latisse is amazing! As long as you use your own little tiny brush and not the ones that come in the package- they waste a lot of the product. You won't be disappointed though that's for sure! -- @mrscocowyse

My aunt, who was a previous Latisse user, swears by RapidLash. She said it actually works better than Latisse and has a much better price point. You can get it a Bed Bath & Beyond. (It's even less with the BB&B coupons.) I'm planning on picking a tube up this weekend!

I would be terrified to try it, but they look amazing!

I have been using Latisse for a couple months (probably 4-5x a week) and it definitely has results HOWEVER it does tend to make my eyes red. Since it's so expensive, I'm not sure I will get another bottle.

I did get a small brush from sephora to apply it with like the first comment said.

I had a terrible reaction to Latisse and my mom did as well. I've been using the Boots No7 Fanomenal Lashes for about two months and have been thrilled with the results. Also it's a fraction of the price!

Totally with you on the fact guys have the prettiest and longest eyelashes! I haven't tried any of the products you named, but they're worth a try in my book - can I please have longer lashes?!

Latisse did wonders for my lashes! But beware, when you stop using it, your eyelashes will go back to normal.

I use Vasaline! I use a q-tip to apply it to the fronts and backs of my top lashes every night before bed, and then I wipe it off before I shower in the morning. It tooks a few weeks to see results, but my lashes are definitely longer and fuller. It probably doesn't have as much of an effect as the products mentioned, but it's a nice natural option.

I have tried 3 different lash enhancers-
1. Jan Marini (before it was recalled and they had re-do the chemical components- LOVED IT I have not tried it after the change in chemicals.
2. LiLash- this also was forced into a redo of chemical compounds due to a lawsuit- LOVED IT
3. Latisse used it for months- DISLIKE, if you have any pigmentation to your eyes or skin it will change it, I did not notice the drastic change in lash length like I did with 1 & 2 and I had dark circles under my eyes- that did eventually go away. What worked for me may not work for others and the issues I had other may not have but I am still on the search (due to my favorites changing formulation!) so if you find one that is AMAZING let me know!

What a coincidental post! I just booked my first appointment for eyelash extensions. My cousin and her friends all swear by them, so I'm going on Saturday to give it a try. For some reason the idea of fake eyelashes seems less scary than constantly putting a chemical near my eyes daily. But we'll see!

I already have pretty long lashes but I used these fiber lashes for a wedding recently and they worked wonderfully. My eyelashes were like gazelles leaping off of my eyes! (odd analogy but I strongly recommend!)

While i do have boy eyelash envy, my lashes are pretty naturally long. However, my problem is that they're dark at the base and become very blond towards the end making them seem much shorter than they actually are. I never thought about this option but now i may just have to try it...

I have used Latisse for several years. It lengthened them well, but I never saw any added darkness or thickness. I have considered trying adding Rapidlash as well, like alternating, to see if that does anything for thickness.

I have pretty long lashes naturally (even beauticians are surprised when I say they are natural), and I found that Benefit They're Real! Mascara makes them even longer.

I use Benefit's "Better Than Sex" mascara coupled with the 3D lash mascara from Younique. My lashes are already pretty long, but the combination of these mascaras really amps them up (I've been asked if I wear falsies)!

I have only used Latisse and did not like it. I found it very irritating and had to stop using it, however, I have rather sensitive eyes. I had a friend use it for some time and she started to grow brow hairs under her brow line.

I used Latisse for a few months before my wedding and it made my lashes very very long - however, with blue eyes they made my eyes red and itchy (noticeably.) I just ordered NeuLash and everyone says that one is 10 x better and not sensitive or irritating!
